Airtable Automations is a new and innovative technology designed to facilitate every person who feels that they are overwhelmed with too much work. It helps in making life easier by doing half of the work in a few seconds through automation. Airtable automation gives users the ability to decide how to organize their tasks based on their preferences.
Airtable Automation for Business Startups
Starting a business isn’t easy, but if you have a few right tools and software with you, it can make your job easier! Airtable Automation is the perfect tool for you as a businessman for your company. I’m gonna help you set up the information systems in Airtable automation for ReminderAutomation that can save you time in doing tasks. So, here are some ways how you can work with Airtable Automation:
Creating Events
Events or Opportunities are made to save time in notifying or dealing with long processes. For instance, if you are working with a team on a particular project and another team for another project side to side, then you can create two separate events for two teams so that if you receive any notification or email that is relevant to a certain team, you can automatically respond them without causing any problems. Automation is quite easy; you just need a little tech-related assistance and you can get through my channel on YouTube.
Triggering a New Opportunity
There are many sites that need automation to deal with people. You can put it in Gmail or Slack; when the project details or gets a notification of a virtual meeting that is important to you, it automatically enters into the database in the opportunity tab. To do that, you have to create an opportunity yourself for your business; you need to first understand the basics of opportunity and how you can trigger reminders. Reminder automation is possible when you have an opportunity set up that follows the steps once the notification meets the conditions of the triggers.
Setting up Reminder Automation
Airtable Automation has several triggers that can help you in setting up the opportunities of your database. For that, you need to have a database, for example, Calendly, that you can use for creating automation in the Airtable automation. In my video, I showed you the automation for qualification in Calendly. Here are some steps on how you can set up reminder automation for your business
1. Begin by creating automation by selecting triggers that you wish to use, and in Airtableautomation, there are four options that you can choose for the record.
2. Your database should be set up with status, so you can choose the status that you wish to include in your automation, and then you put the condition inside in the messages section.
3. When your record matches the trigger through a condition, then the automation will deactivated.
4. Lastly, when you move your other database work to the status of qualification, the Airtableautomation will trigger and send the notification quickly to another application that you have mentioned in the automation tab. You can choose whichever action you want your automation to be triggered by connecting your accounts with the software. This not only saves your time but also makes your work more organized and you remain up-to-date with all the incoming works or emails without any stress.
The Final Verdict
Airtable automation can be complex for non-tech people, but once you follow my videos, it will surely become easier to deal with. Technology is all about using it for your benefit, and reminder automation can help you in dealing with emails and meetings, then adopting it is the best decision you can make for the success of your company and grabbing business opportunities.
