Our New Website Is Live 🎉 (And the story behind it)
Over the past few years, Optimize IS has grown from a scrappy Airtable agency into the leading services partner for teams building internal systems with Airtable—now a 45-person team working with some of the biggest companies in the world.
But our website… didn’t exactly show that.
In fact, one Fortune 500 company told us they wouldn’t work with us solely because of the site.
And honestly? I couldn’t blame them.
The site was originally built by me back in 2020 on Clickfunnels, then later on Softr.
It worked when it was just me and a few projects. But it did not reflect who we had become.
Tyler, one of our team members, said it best:
“Most companies have a flashy website but fall flat when you get inside.
You guys were the opposite. The site looked like junk, but when I joined, it felt like a 5-star hotel.”
We have since grown into over a dozen enterprise accounts, partnered closely with the Airtable team (shoutout to Nelson Wang, Head of Worldwide Partnerships at Airtable!), won the Airtable Partner of the Year award, and built a high-level service offering that makes us proud to call ourselves the Top Airtable Services Partner.
It was time for a reset.
That’s when Charlie, my co-founder, and I decided to completely rebuild things from the ground up.
We mapped out a new vision, rebranded the company, rewrote nearly every word, and worked closely with our website development team to bring it to life in Webflow. The goal wasn’t just a facelift—it was to create a site that felt as good as the work we deliver.
It took months of strategy, iteration, and long nights figuring out how to show who we really are today.
We couldn’t have done it without an incredible dev team—including Abishay Riaz, who turned our ambitious ideas into a fast, intuitive, high-performing site. Abishay’s design instincts, responsiveness, and attention to detail were next level.
We’re proud to finally have a website that reflects what our team is capable of.
And we’re just getting started.
More pages are on the way—case studies, use cases, industry-specific expertise, and more.
Our goal?
To be the #1 resource in the world for building with Airtable.
We'd love your thoughts—and if you're exploring Airtable for your team, this is the place to start:

We hope you’re as excited as we are.
This is just the beginning.

P.S. The site’s fresh—but the mission is the same: helping teams build faster, clearer, and smarter with Airtable.
